As the family grew, so did their passion for the craft. Our parents carried this tradition forward, opening sweets and pastry shops both in Lebanon and Iraq. Each country brought new techniques, new flavors, and new inspiration—yet the heart of our sweets always remained deeply Lebanese.
A New Chapter in 2017 – Zulfa
In 2017, we decided to bring the family heritage together under one name: Zulfa, named after a beloved sibling whose warmth and generosity reflect the spirit of our brand. Zulfa was created to honor our past while introducing a fresh, modern experience to a new generation of dessert lovers.
